What will it cost?

We need to make sure we use the money given to us effectively and efficiently to buy healthcare that meets your needs.

We are in a strong financial position but we know that we will never have enough money to do everything everybody wants. We will make sure that the amount of money we spend will not exceed the amount of money available to us.

We will need to do things differently. This includes looking at how we spend our money. We might need to spend more on some services and less on others. These decisions will not be made lightly so we need to be sure that there are clear benefits for spending more on some things and that our decisions do make
a difference to your health.

How will we know we have been successful? >>
