Healthy Futures Concultation 2011 Feedback
NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale, in partnership with the Healthy Futures Team, recently consulted the public about proposed changes to Planned Cardiology and Stroke Rehabilitation services. Over 1,700 people returned questionnaires and nearly 500 people attended meetings providing their views on the proposals. The outcome of the consultation has now been finalised and results of the consultation have influenced the development of the proposed changes to services.
